GMBl website launched for the German Ministry of the Interior

As of today, the GMBl website is online. The abbreviaton stands for Gemeinsames Ministerialblatt. It’s the official gazette of the German government and the Ministry of the Interior. The publisher is Wolters Kluwer Deutschland. Interlutions created a web presence with an archive containing all issues published since 2000 and soon, the data base will be expanded to include all publications since 1950.

Visitors to the website can browse the archive for free, while subscribers to GMBl and customers of Wolters Kluwer Deutschland can also access issues saved as PDF files which are liable to charges. The latter simply use the company-wide Single-Sign-On. Interlutions also ensured that members of the authorities have easier access to the data base.

The project was realised using the symfony Framework and AJAX features as well as Javascript components to guarantee for a high degree of accessibility and user-friendliness.
